By downloading, installing, or using the Ayatika application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Nature of Service & 100% Free Guarantee
Ayatika is provided as a non-profit, ad-free digital Islamic companion. We do not charge subscription fees, in-app purchases, or display advertisements. We reserve the right to improve, update, or maintain the app for the benefit of the community.
3. Religious Content & Calculation Accuracy
We strive for maximum accuracy in prayer times, Qibla compass bearings, Quranic texts, and translations based on well-established Islamic authorities and astronomical calculation conventions. However, users should adjust calculation methods according to local mosque timings when necessary.
4. Intellectual Property
The Holy Quranic text and authentic Hadith collections belong to the public domain and the Islamic heritage of the Ummah. The Ayatika codebase, visual identity, UI components, and software designs are copyright © 2026 Salaheddine El Maallem.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from device sensor calibration discrepancies or network downtime.

باستخدامك أو تحميلك لتطبيق آياتك (Ayatika)، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.
٢. مجانية الخدمة وعدم وجود إعلانات
تطبيق آياتك هو وقف ومبادرة رقمية إسلامية مجانية بالكامل وبدون إعلانات. لا نتقاضى أي رسوم أو اشتراكات، ونسعى دائماً لتطوير التطبيق لخدمة المسلمين.
٣. دقة المواقيت والمحتوى الإسلامي
نبذل أقصى درجات العناية لضمان دقة أوقات الصلاة وبوصلة القبلة والنصوص القرآنية وفق الهيئات المعتمدة. يُنصح دائماً بضبط معايير الحساب وفق مدينتك ومسجدك المحلي عند الحاجة.
